Equipment can be set up by our certified technicians, ensuring a hassle-free rental experience. We can also assist with software installations, configuring user accounts, and almost anything else you need. We'll even return to take everything down after you're done. Technical assistance in Manhattan starts at $240 for the first hour and $160 per hour after that. Please contact us for a quote based on your needs. We recommend booking technical assistance one week in advance.

Delivery or Pick-up of Rental Machine

We prefer that you use your own messenger service but we can arrange delivery and pick-up of rental machines. We require a four-hour delivery window between 9am-6pm on weekdays. Please call us before Noon to schedule same-day delivery or pick-up. We can also ship rental computers via UPS or Fedex but you must pay for the time in transit.
