Tekserve routinely provides rental computers to events throughout the Tri-State area. We are centrally located in Manhattan, close to the Javits Center and most hotels. We can even provide delivery, set up, and return of rental equipment. Below are the most commonly requested equipment and services for event rentals.

iMac 20" - This all-in-one desktop looks stunning in aluminum and glass.
30" Cinema Display - This beautiful display is the largest we offer. The 30" model requires a Mac Pro or MacBook Pro to run. Don't forget to pick-up our desktop speakers if you plan to show something with great sound.
Mac mini - The desktop that fits in your hands is great for tight conference booths.

Professional Services Technicians
Equipment can be set up by our certified technicians, ensuring a hassle-free rental experience. We can also assist with software installations, configuring user accounts, and almost anything else you need. We'll even return to take everything down after you're done. Technical assistance in Manhattan starts at $240 for the first hour and $160 per hour after that. Please contact us for a quote based on your needs. We recommend booking technical assistance one week in advance.

Delivery or Pick-up of Rental Machine
We prefer that you use your own messenger service but we can arrange delivery and pick-up of rental machines. We require a four-hour delivery window between 9am-6pm on weekdays. Please call us before Noon for same-day delivery or pick-up. We can also ship rental computers via UPS or Fedex but you must pay for the time in transit.
